Long Overdue

Hello again! Sorry I haven't posted in a while, things have been crazy busy around here.

To start off, I just want to give a BIG congratulations to Sigma Sigma Sigma's newest pledge class! They were initated last Friday and I am so excited to call them my sisters. They are 14 great girls who I know will really be a great addition to Tri Sigma. Other chapters on campus have initiated their new members as well, so congrats to them too!

Being a Greek Intern lets me to be more involved on campus, whether its sitting in on meetings or being on committees. This week, I sat in on a meeting with girls who are starting a new multicultural sorority on campus, Lambda Theta Alpha(LTA). The girls were so sweet and I enjoyed seeing them putting their hard work together in the meeting and I wish them the best! Today, I sat on the AOD(Alcohol and Other Drug) Committee, where we planned Addictions Week. Addictions Week starts next Monday, so keep your eye out for our tables in the Quad!

Thats really all for now, I've got more work to do today! Dont forget, mark your calendars for October 27th from 7-10 PM! Thats when Tri Sigma is having our Rockin for Robbie concert, to rasie money for our philanthropy. There will be bands, foods and prizes! Admission is $3 for Greeks wearing letters and $5 for everyone else!
